Hey, I'm Cindy, and my journey with yoga began when I ventured from Zimbabwe to the United Kingdom. Serendipitously stumbling into my first yoga class, I discovered a profound passion for guiding others on the path to awakening their minds and bodies through this ancient practice. The immediate benefits I experienced fuelled my curiosity, leading me to delve into both the practical and theoretical aspects of yoga for the past 10 years.

Equipped with a teacher's qualification in Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga from the British School of Yoga (BSY) and having completed a 200-hour Ashtanga Vinyasa teacher training course at The Retreat, Koh Phangan, I now find joy in practicing and teaching Hatha and Ashtanga yoga classes and one to one private classes throughout the week. For me, yoga is a journey of self-discovery and being fully present in life. In my classes, I weave together physical and breath movements to foster a profound connection with both body and mind.

Everyone is welcome in my classes, regardless of gender, flexibility, or strength. Witnessing the transformation of my students as they become more open and confident in their practice is a source of immense joy. Join me on this journey of self-exploration, where yoga becomes a powerful tool for embracing life in its entirety.
